Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak of Silk Sonic joined Fortnite.

Based on Rolling StoneEpic Games said on Thursday that the duo’s music will be featured on a new radio station for Fortnite and its fans. Silk Sonic – and ’70s vibes – will be able to dress up their avatars in outfits inspired by them.

Fans of the team will be able to listen to songs from An Evening With Silk Sonic while driving in the game’s cars and tune in to the game’s brand new iconic Radio with Bootsy Collins as host.

This isn’t the first time Fortnite and Silk Sonic have teamed up together.

When the two were promoting their song, .Paak joined Fortniters to digital concert in the game’s Spotlight Concert Series, while Mars introduced the Leaving Doors emoji.

What Silk Sonic items will be in Fortnite?

In addition to the music that will be featured in the game, there will also be Silk Sonic themed items in the game’s store.

Other music artists that have appeared in Fortnite include Travis Scott, Ariana Grande, J Balvinand Marshmello.

Artists like drakeMajor Lazer, and Jason Mamoa was also introduced in the game.

Late last year, they also invited international artists to join their Soundwave series.

Regarding the introduction of artists in Fortnite, Epic Games senior partnership manager Emily Levy told Rolling Stone September 2021: “The opportunity here is to showcase these huge artists, who are hugely popular in their respective countries and regions, to Fortnite players on a global scale.

“Fortnite is evolving from a battle royale game into a global social entertainment platform.”
