Anthony Joshua jokes with Prince Naz after meeting the boxing legend in Saudi Arabia ahead of Oleksandr Usyk’s rematch

ANTHONY JOSHUA took a break from his preparation for the rematch against Oleksandr Usyk by joking around with Prince Naseem Hamed in Saudi Arabia.
The two-time heavyweight world champion is looking to reclaim his WBA, WBO and IBF belts when he takes on the undefeated Ukrainian in the Gulf nation on August 20.

Dubbed “Rage On The Red Sea”, it will be AJ’s second time competing in Saudi Arabia after defeating Andy Ruiz Jr. in December 2019.
And he’s currently in the Middle East to promote his upcoming fight with Usyk as the pair stepped into a ring for an intense look.
The duo also faced each other at a news conference on Tuesday when both men refused to take their eyes off each other for 90 seconds.
It’s not all business in the Asian nation for the Watford native as Joshua bumped into boxing legend Prince Naseem.

In footage shared by Boxing King Media, the two British icons were seen in a happy mood.
The pair shook hands and hugged, laughing, before posing for a photo together.

And to show he lives like royalty, the 48-year-old was photographed cruising around Windsor in a £120,000 supercar.
He was spotted in his Corvette Stingray waving to fans from the driver’s seat.
A viewer who spotted Hamed in town said: “He used to be known for his killer punch and showmanship, but now hardly anyone recognizes him.
“But it’s good to see that Prince Naseem lives in the shadow of proper royalty.”
