Angela Lee Recalls Experience on ‘The Apprentice’

Before her big comeback, Angela Lee went on a trip back to the memory to share with fans what it was like to film and be a part of The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition. Hot new feature on the iconic reality TV series, produced by A championship and Singapore-based Refinery Media, currently streaming on Netflix in more than 150 countries worldwide.

The show first premiered on the global TV giant last Tuesday, February 1, and has been trending in several markets. It has also appeared in the top 10 most watched shows of the weekend, especially reaching number 2 in Singapore and number 7 in Indonesia.

Angela Leewho is currently thoroughly preparing for her highly-anticipated comeback, detailed the feeling of appearing on the reality show in a recent interview:

“Overall, my experience being a part of ‘The Apprentice’ has been amazing, I really love it. It was really just one day of filming. I had to be on set, I had to meet the contestants to get an overview of what we were doing. I think it’s really cool and I definitely want to do more of it in the future. It was a pleasure talking to some of the candidates. They all seem very enthusiastic. They were great, and they all seemed so excited to be there and to be on the show. “

Regardless of her wishes, Lee was pregnant with her first child at the time of filming. As a result, she was unable to participate in the challenge. However, she did provide candidates with some much-needed guidance through a very difficult task:

“For my challenge, I supervised the contestants through an obstacle course, scavenger hunt style. And they were on the team, challenging each other. It was really fun, it made me want to jump in with them and join in as well.”

Angela Lee returns to Circle at the much-anticipated ONE X

It’s been a while since fans last saw Angela Lee ‘Unstoppable’ in action. The long-time defending female atomweight world champion will return to the Rounds soon.

Lee is expected to face ONE female Atomic Class World Grand Prix Champion and current First Class Atomics Fairtex stamps during the ONE X main event. The ONE Championship 10th Anniversary Event will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on March 26.

For Lee, it is her fifth world title defense, and it will be up against a well-deserved opponent in former Muay Thai and kickboxing champion Stamp Fairtex. It’s definitely an interesting match on paper and one that fans won’t want to miss.
