Andrew Tate “told his ex he was considering raping her,” claims an interviewer who was “slapped in the face” by an ex-kickboxer

A JOURNALIST who interviewed Andrew Tate claimed the star told an ex he would “debate” about being raped before doing so.
Matt Shea, who interviewed Tate at his premises in Romania, also claimed the social media influencer punched him in the face during a “sparring” after an interview the former kickboxer was unhappy with.

Shea, who worked on the Vice TV documentary The Dangerous Rise of Andrew Tate, wrote in The Times that a woman working for Tate’s UK webcam business in 2014 told his team that she had been raped by the self-confessed misogynist be.
Another woman, identified only as “Amelia,” allegedly approached Shea and told him she was also raped by Tate in 2013, a few weeks after the couple began dating.
The interviewer wrote: “She said Tate raped her in November 2013 after they had been together for a few weeks. At that point, they had not yet had sex.
“They were kissing on Tate’s bed when suddenly, she said, Tate lay back on the bed.
“‘What is wrong?’ Amelia said. Tate then replied, ‘I’m debating whether or not to rape you.'”
“She went on to describe how he strangled and raped her.”
Shea also claimed Amelia shared texts and voice memos in which the social media star appeared to admit to the rape.
In one, Tate reportedly wrote: “Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn’t like it, the more I liked it. I fucking loved how much you hated it.”
Another text he apparently sent read, “I love raping you.”
After she stopped seeing him, she claimed he sent her a video of him smashing a baseball bat into his shin while saying, “I’m one of the most dangerous men on this planet.
“Sometimes you forget exactly how lucky you were to get fucked by me.”
Both women, as well as a third who accused Tate of strangling them, had been part of a police investigation and claimed the public prosecutor’s office (CPS) mishandled their case.
It reportedly took police four years to forward their investigation, including the texts, to the CPS, which declined to prosecute.
Meanwhile, Shea also said that Tate slapped him over some questions asked during their previous interview.
He claimed Tate became angry when he was pushed for his involvement in the webcam industry and viewed his method of recruiting women as “nurturing”.
He wrote: “Later he asked if we wanted to film him in a boxing gym. When I got there he said, ‘Put on gloves. I didn’t like your questions.’
“So I ended up getting punched in the face by Tate.”
Tate and his brother Tristan are currently behind bars in their home country of Romania as part of an investigation into human trafficking, rape and organized crime.
A decision is to be made on February 1 whether the brothers and two alleged accomplices will be released.
In relation to the handling of the rape allegations, a Hertfordshire Police spokesman said: “We acknowledge that there have been some delays in the investigation. This was addressed at the time and an apology was given.”
A CPS spokesman said: “We carefully reviewed all the evidence presented by the police for each complainant and concluded that they did not pass our legal test and that there was no realistic prospect of a conviction.”
Tate previously denied the webcam workers’ allegations in a statement through his lawyer, saying: “They wanted money because I fired them.
“The police understood after the investigation that I am innocent and the police found messages from the girls’ phones where they were talking to each other and plotting to lie about me.”
A spokesman for Andrew Tate told The Sun Online: “Matt Shea was quite willing in a sparring match with Andrew Tate at the gym where others were also ‘slapped in the face’ by Andrew Tate.
“He made a documentary and agreed to be part of a cage fight, the following days he sparred with many other participants in the gym.
“Matt wasn’t singled out, he wasn’t the only one fighting with Tate that day, Tate also fought World Champion Luke Barnett’s MMA fighter in the same instance.

“Matt Shea attended willingly and wanted to be a part of the event.”
They added that Tate “vehemently denies” all allegations of rape and sexual assault.
