The panel discussed the contract dispute between running back Saquon Barkley and the New York Giants.

And Stephen A. was in the middle of an argument with Orlovsky before his microphone cut off.

Ten seconds elapsed as the fiery personality continued in silence, confusing the former NFL quarterback-turned-analyst.

Finally, Qerim intervened and said, “We are dealing with some technical difficulties.”

Then she would ask Orlovsky: “Dan, did you catch me yet?”

After no response, Molly told the audience that the show was “taking a short break.”

She would then say, “We’re taking Stephen A. and Dan with us.”

The duo’s tone would return in the following segment.

Still, fans responded to the live show’s technical difficulties by taking a dig at Smith, writing, “Give that one a raise.”

Another opined, “Best segment ever.”

And a third added: “That’s the best I’ve heard from him in years.”

The veteran sportscaster also felt heartache last week after calling Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic a “tub of lard.”

Stephen A. also clashed with analyst Kendrick Perkins, who claimed Smith would be hearing from his attorney.
