An Eagles fan reveals a crazy fix for a ‘sick’ tattoo that declared Philly the Super Bowl LVII champion

It seems that every year an overly confident football fan gets a tattoo during the season to celebrate their team’s eventual Super Bowl success.

And it always backfires.
Such was the case for a Philadelphia Eagles fan who, after losing 35-33 in Super Bowl LVII to the Kansas City Chiefs in Arizona, decided to find a creative solution to this enduring error.
For her answer, this fan looked to the NBA.
According to the tattoo artist’s Instagram, her Super Bowl LVII Champions tattoo with the Eagles logo superimposed now has the image of crying NBA legend Michael Jordan enthroned.
The well-known meme has become an internet staple after a picture was taken of him crying at his induction into the Hall of Fame in 2009.
And fans on Twitter loved this addition, with one calling it a “great recovery.”
Another commented, “I’ll say it: this is a sick tattoo.”
While one said “The tattoo is bad now lol”

But while they may have won the internet over with their reaction to their ill-considered tattoo thanks to an ingenious addition, they didn’t look exactly proud themselves.
In a video posted by the artist, the unnamed recipient wore a balaclava and shook his head as he looked at the new ink on his leg.
The video was captioned: “So my guy @wcmizzy and the rest of Philadelphia were confident going into the Super Bowl last Sunday! Said he wanted to get the Super Bowl logo with the Eagles logo and add the word CHAMPS! Lol I was skeptical but we did it anyway! [laughing emoji]
“Only to be disappointed! [crying emoji] Unfortunately we lost but we are still the Hard Eagles fans! He said he had an idea and that it was only right to get Michael Jordan’s crying face [laughing emojis]”
“I didn’t expect that at all, but he did it like a real one! [fist emoji]”
The artist also added a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” message to Jordan as the footage was posted randomly Jordan’s 60th birthday last Friday.
