LITTLE HOUSE MANIA

Amazon is just one of the recent major retailers to offer a wide range of sheds and structures that can be converted into tiny homes.

Home Depot has a large selection of mostly pre-assembled tiny houses.

The main competitor Lowe’s is also on the market.

Many tiny home enthusiasts choose to rent or buy already built tiny homes in dedicated tiny home communities.

Meanwhile, others are choosing to build their own tiny home from scratch.

And many of these homes are highly unique.

A family converted an old school bus into a full-time mobile tiny home.

They even added stairs to the roof for more space.

They now travel the country all year round.

Anyone who buys mostly ready-made tiny houses or expensive household goods should be aware of the possible fees.

Home Depot will add a significant surcharge to returned items that qualify as a special order.

Lowe’s charges an even higher fee.
