Algonquin police searched for the man after the couple was found dead at the residence; suspicion of foul play

ALGONQUIN, Ill. – Police in Algonquin are searching for a man after suspected foul play in the death of a couple was found during a medical examination.

At around noon on Wednesday, police conducted a health check at block 400 of La Fox River Drive. A deceased man and woman, who have not been heard from, were found dead in the home.

Police believe the incident is related to domestic violence. Maxim Parnov, 36, has been identified as a person of interest. His whereabouts are unknown and he is believed to be driving a black 2006 Lexus sedan with the Illinois license plate CE37406.

McHenry County Major Crime Support Team is assisting Algonquin police with the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call authorities at 847-658-4531.
