Alexandre Lacazette taunts Ivan Toney with startling tweet after Arsenal avenged August’s loss to Brentford

IVAN TONEY’s trolling of Arsenal on the first day of the season has returned to haunt him following Brentford’s defeat to the Gunners on Saturday.
Toney taunts North Londoners after Brentford’s 2-0 win over them on opening day of the season in August.
He tweeted: “Great for the boys.”
But it came back to bite him in the back when the Gunners attacked Alexandre Lacazette tweeted it word for word a few hours after the final whistle blew.
Archer Fans were quick to comment, with one saying: “Streets don’t forget COYG.”
Another said: “My s**thouse.”
And another said: “Lacazette answered him. I love this energy.”
One person commented: “Laca is like a **thouse, this is why he is my favorite.”
Even Gunners goalscorer Emile Smith Rowe – who broke the deadlock with a superb solo – joined in.
He tweeted: “Fun session today.”
Emirates fans love Smith Rowe’s troll saying: “My attacking midfielder!”
And another said: “Future armory legend Smith Rowi. Keep it up.”
Arsenal won 2-1 against Thomas Frank’s team thanks to great second-half goals from Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka.
After the game, Gunners manager Mikel Arteta said: “I think we were really good today.
“We really believe in what we are doing, the players are enjoying the harmony and the spirit they have is huge.
“They just want to keep pushing themselves.
“We have another game on Thursday, we’ll try to win it and go game by game.”
