Jackson has not regularly opened up about his battle with the neurological condition Charcot Marie Tooth Disease.
He spoke about the diagnosis on the Today Show last September and has suffered from it for more than a decade.
The silence surrounding his health has raised concern among fans.
One person said: “Alan Jackson! Where are they?”

Jackson has shared recaps from his time on stage, music videos and newscasts promoting his Silverbelly whiskey over the past few weeks.
He also announced that Christmas sweepstakes will be held until December 16th.
And he shared a heartwarming family snap on Thanksgiving, which prompted some fans to claim the music star looked “unrecognizable.”
Jackson was spotted not wearing his traditional Stetson hat.
Rumors about Jackson’s health have been circulating for weeks, including an unfounded hoax that he has died.
Thousands of country fans have flocked to offer their well-wishes to the star amid the speculation.
A concerned supporter said: “Please get well so you can keep playing and singing your beautiful music.”
Another commented: “God’s peace and love be upon you and your precious family.
PRAYER FOR AL
“In my thoughts and prayers as you deal with your health concerns.”
And a third said: “I think of you daily in my prayers for peace and comfort.”
Jackson announced last year that he inherited CMT from his father.
He admitted there was “no cure” for the condition and said it was becoming “more obvious”.
Jackson added that he found himself “stumbling” on stage.
He said: “And now I’m having a bit of a problem balancing, even in front of the mic, and that’s why I’m just really uncomfortable.”
CMT affects around 126,000 people in the United States and 2.6 million people worldwide, according to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders.

Jackson is a beloved father of three and has been married to his high school sweetheart Denise for 40 years.
The couple have three adult daughters: Mattie, 32, Alexandra, 29, and Dani Grace, 24.
