Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall automatically becomes a Queen but is styled as Queen Consort in accordance with the late Queen’s wishes.
William becomes Duke of Cornwall but retains the title Duke of Cambridge and is therefore styled Duke of Cornwall and Cambridge. After an investiture he becomes Prince of Wales.
The Duchess of Cambridge becomes the Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge. But she won’t become Princess of Wales until William is invested.
Prince George will not change his title despite rising from third to second in line to the throne.
Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis don’t see any changes to the titles, instead moving up to third and fourth in the line-up.
Prince Harry is now fifth, Archie sixth and his sister Lilibet seventh.
Prince Andrew retains the title of Duke of York, moving up to eighth in the line.
Princess Beatrice is ninth in line, daughter Sienna tenth. Princess Eugenie is now 11th in line and her son August is 12.
Prince Edward becomes the Duke of Edinburgh and has moved up to 13th in the line.
Princess Anne is 16th – just behind Edward’s children James, Viscount Severn and Lady Louise.
Charles is also King of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
