Actor plays ‘Home Alone’ Brother Arrested in Oklahoma – NBC10 Philadelphia

“Home Alone” actor Devin Ratray surrendered to authorities in Oklahoma on Wednesday after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, police said.

Ratray, who played his brother Buzz McAllister in the 1990 film Christmas, was released from prison shortly after being convicted of two domestic assaults and a battery complaint, police said.

Ratray, 44, was in Oklahoma City earlier this month for an event called “Buzzed with Buzz,” billed as a screening of the movie along with a question-and-answer session with Ratray.

Oklahoma City television station KFOR reported, an affidavit said Ratray choked his girlfriend and said, “This is how you die,” but Ratray denies those allegations.

“Mr. Ratray denies he ever had a hand in her or did anything related to anything like that,” said his attorney Scott Adams.
