A Rochester Area School District student was approached by a stranger

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Rochester Area School District is asking parents to remind their children to be vigilant when walking to and from school.

Police said Wednesday an elementary school student told them a man tried to grab her on Heller Street on Tuesday.

Rochester Police are investigating
