SEVERAL people were found dead inside a home as firefighters responded to the scene, officials said.

The Parker County Fire Department reportedly received a 911 call for a medical emergency.

According to local CBS affiliate WSPA, firefighters arrived in Greenville, South Carolina, around 8 p.m.

They received a call about cardiac arrest, the outlet reports.

Upon arrival, several people were found dead.

An official number of victims has not yet been announced.

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office and the Greenville County Coroner’s Office have also reportedly responded to the scene.

Further details about what may have caused the medical emergency are unclear.
