$750 million lawsuit against Travis Scott, Drake over the conduct of Astroworld victims – NBC10 Philadelphia

A lawsuit demanding more than $750 million was filed Tuesday on behalf of at least 125 Astroworld the victims, including 21-year-old Axel Acosta, who was killed at the concert.
The violent crowd at rapper Travis Scott’s Houston festival left 10 people dead and many others injured. Dozens of lawsuits against Scott and Live Nation Entertainment Inc. since it was submitted.
The lawsuit, filed by the Buzbee Law Firm, also lists rapper Drake, who joined Scott halfway on his Astroworld set, and Apple Music, which is streaming the festival, as defendants. fox, among others.
“The victims that night went to Astroworld for entertainment,” the lawsuit says. “Neither they nor their families were warned that they were entering an extremely dangerous situation.”
