Exterior designer Timur Bozca, who won the Young Designer of the Year award in 2015, says OK has a near 70 per cent ability to submerge itself.

The ship – described as an uncharted island – has enough room to carry a 46m yacht and a sea plane and is estimated to be worth £30 million.

It also has a tennis court, an outdoor cinema and enough room for 20 guests.

It was originally built in 1982 as a semi-submersible yacht transport – but was converted into an expedition ship.

It is currently headquartered at the Karmarine Shipyard in Turkey.

The ship’s ability to sink allows it to sink the center of the boat to allow cargo to be carried just above the water.

This feature also means that once the deck is cleared, guests can enjoy the outdoor tennis courts on the water.

Designed with enhanced internal strength, the ship, with enough room to carry a 150ft yacht and a marine aircraft, can handle both stern and side loads.
