GREENSBURG, Pa. (KDKA) – A second gunman has been arrested after a gunfight outside a bar in Greensburg.

Police said it initially appeared that Evan Curley, who was arrested, was ambushed outside the Rialto on January 30. However, investigators said he was an active participant in the incident. gunfight.

Curley and German argued inside the restaurant before opening fire about eight times outside, police said. Curley and another bystander were both shot and the bullets shattered glass on the bridge between the district court and the annex.

German is currently in the Westmoreland County Jail being held free of charge on multiple counts, including attempted murder and aggravated assault.
