The public sale home mentioned the yellow 1967 tee was designed by Hells Angel and graphic artist Allan “Intestine” Terk, and got here from Dan Healy’s assortment. Healy was an audio engineer who labored with the Lifeless.



The shirt was a part of Sotheby’s “From the Vault: Property from the Grateful Lifeless and Pals” public sale.

The winner of the public sale, Outlaw Archive, mentioned in an Instagram publish that it was bought to “maintain the reminiscence of #GutTerk alive and to maintain his historical past collectively beneath one roof.”

The shirt was initially estimated to promote for between $6,000 and $8,000.
