Tammy was recently praised for “looking good” as the star snapped selfies from rehab to her now-deactivated Instagram page.

In her signature style, she posted the photo without a caption as fans posted comments wishing her well and encouraging her to persevere on her weight loss journey.

One fan wrote: “Hey Tammy! I pray that you are well. You look better.”

However, the photo made it to Reddit, where some harsh critics spotted something odd and added a blue arrow.

One thread was titled, “This hairline is going to be impressive,” and saw some trolls cruelly comment that her forehead looked “disturbing.”

“I recently watched an episode from Season 1 and was damned she actually had hair back then!” one wrote.

“So true! She’s a mess…” ranted another.

Fans also recently noticed a toilet brush in the back of sister Amy Slaton’s home while their son Gage, two, was playing.

Earlier this week, in a resurfaced clip, eagle-eyed fans noticed a blurred tattoo on Tammy’s arm and wondered what it was.
