In the video, Tammy, 36, posed for the camera while Ciara’s song “Da Girls” played.
The TLC star was in her bathroom, with two shower curtains behind her, and caught a glimpse of some bath products lined to the side.
Tammy had her hair down, showed off her new red look and went without an oxygen tube for the second time over the weekend.
She went without make-up and wore a pretty, spring-like outfit.
The reality TV personality opted for a cute white floral top and paired it with a dark denim jacket.
Tammy raised her hand to her face, sporting a blue manicure, and held still as she waited for the social media app to catch up.
When the loading was complete, an otherworldly filter was applied.
The effect gave Tammy flawless skin, amber eyes and long white hair, but also added dripping pearls to her look and turned the backdrop into an underwater paradise.

MAKING PROGRESS?
Tammy’s non-oxygen position came about because of concerns about her health.
Earlier this month, The US Sun caught Tammy pausing to catch her breath as she exited a gas station and tried to get to her car seat, which was parked yards from the door.
Shortly after, a source exclusively told the US Sun that Chris Combs, 42, spoke to his sister Amy Slaton, 35, and half-sister Amanda Halterman, 42, about Tammy’s weight loss progress.
Tammy has been working on walking and standing longer distances since her 14-month stint at a weight loss rehab last winter, and Chris’ words suggested she wasn’t entirely focused on her progress.
Chris reportedly said, “Tammy needs to try harder.”
He added: “She should start seeing a physical therapist. She just needs to start building her stamina (walking).”
FLYING SOLO
Tammy recently split from her husband Caleb Willingham after just five months of marriage.
A source previously told The US Sun that Tammy and Caleb, 39, are officially separated and that she is in the process of filing for divorce.
“Tammy has her legal team prepared and is ready to file for divorce,” the close to £1000 source said. Sisters Star claimed.
“They broke up because Caleb didn’t follow his diet in rehab,” the insider claimed, adding, “He gained 30 pounds and wasn’t sticking with his program.”
“They got into a big argument about it and he told her he wanted a divorce but then he tried to back down,” the insider claimed.
The US Sun recently learned that Tammy has been secretly dating Indiana-based TikToker Greg Morgan, 25, after they met through a dating app just weeks after their split.
