But Tammy ignored the backlash as she played around with a new TikTok video while at the rehab facility on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old looks straight into the camera as various Spongebob Squarepants figures pass her head.

As the cartoon music plays, the reels stop at various roles – including Mrs. Puff and Squidward.

Tammy clearly enjoyed the game, raising eyebrows and bursting into laughter when compared to Squidward.

The TLC star shared a lot of TikToks during her time in rehab, worrying her fans.

One person wrote under the clip of her dancing: “The girl didn’t nearly die – are you good?”

Tammy lost 115 pounds in 30 days at work after her lungs collapsed and she was put into a medically induced coma.

Tammy’s brother, Chris Combs, gave an update on her health during last week’s 1,000-Lb Sisters season finale.

He told the camera: “So she lost 100 – I think she told me a total of 115lb in 30 days.

“I’m overjoyed that she’s ready to get on this train and start rolling down the tracks.”

This means Tammy is probably around 534lb now. She plans to stay in rehab for eight months.

Dr Smith promised Tammy that if she could drop below 500lb during her stay, he would arrange for her to come see him in person for weight loss surgery when she leaves the facility.

Tammy taken to the hospital one day after going to rehab because she couldn’t breathe.

“They just told us her lungs had stopped working, and it was like her body was shutting down,” their sister Amanda said in the finale.

Tammy was placed on a ventilator and then placed in a medically induced coma at the hospital.

When she woke up, she underwent a tracheostomy – which involves inserting a breathing tube into her throat.

After three weeks in the hospital, she was able to return to rehab.

“I’m happy, I’m relieved, I’m still sad. I’m just grateful,” Amanda said. “I was like, looks good out there, you know. Thanks. We prayed for a miracle and God gave us a miracle.”

“She’s okay. She’s still alive. She has her life,” their other sister, Amy, added.

FEMALE LIFE

Tammy caused interest on the TLC show with her partying, drinkingand smoking.

The TV personality has struggled to lose weight and hit her 550lb goal from 639lb.

In one episode, Tammy was taken out by friends.

During her confession, she said, “We just drank, vaping. When I was a teenager, I didn’t go to any parties. I was so embarrassed about my weight and I really did. not having many friends.”

She added: “But now, I’m at a point where I don’t care. I’ll be me. We don’t eat healthy. Because for me, if I eat something like pizza or pizza, bread. soaked with alcohol and grease kept us from getting too hungry.”

She also admitted drink eight bottles of wine a week to deal with her mental health issues.
