1 dead, at least 4 injured in shooting in Evanston near gas station

EVANSTON, Ill. – One person has died and at least four are injured after a shooting Sunday night near a gas station in Evanston.
Around 7:15 p.m., police were called to the Mobil gas station located on the 1900 block of Green Bay Road after reports of gunfire in the area.

Details are still limited, but police say they have located five victims. Police found four of the victims at 1950 Green Bay Road. Police found a fifth victim at 1918 Green Bay Road.
According to police, a victim found on 1950 Green Bay Road is presumed dead.
A source with WGN News said three of the four injured remained in critical condition.
According to police, there does not appear to be an ongoing threat to the community. However, no suspects involved in the shooting are in custody.
